Klicktiv is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) financial orchestration platform designed for field service businesses. We provide tools for centralizing job reporting, automating commission splits, and tracking revenue metrics.

Klicktiv provides software tools for calculation and orchestration purposes only. We are not a financial institution, tax advisor, broker, or accounting firm. Any financial data, reports, or calculations generated by the Service should be independently verified by your own qualified financial or accounting professionals before being used for official financial distributions, tax reporting, or legal purposes.

No Liability for Financial Discrepancies: You acknowledge that software may contain bugs or errors. Klicktiv shall not be held liable for any financial losses, incorrect commission payouts, tax liabilities, or business disputes arising from calculation errors, system downtime, data corruption, or inaccurate input of rules and metrics into the platform. You are solely responsible for auditing and validating all outputs before initiating any real-world payments.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable national, state, or international laws or regulations.
- Input, store, or transmit fraudulent data or engage in deceptive financial practices.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Klicktiv platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Klicktiv, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; and (iv) any calculation errors or financial discrepancies.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klicktiv and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
